Strategy for action

Just published the second volume of “Strategy for Action”, by Nestplan International’s authors Giorgio Gandellini and Daniela Venanzi

Giorgio Gandellini and Daniela Venanzi, together with Alberto Pezzi, completed the second volume of “Strategy for Action”, just published by Springer in their “Springer Briefs in Business” series.
The two volumes, currently adopted as textbooks in the Strategic Management course at the University of Roma Tre in Rome, are the result of many teaching experiences in the application of judgmental models in strategy, and represent a significant innovation in this area.
