Giorgio is the primus inter pares of a team of senior professionals and long-time friends, who excel in their respective areas of expertise and are involved in Nestplan International’s projects depending on the specific clients’ needs. Giorgio has more than thirty years of managerial, management education and consulting experience with major multinational companies in manufacturing and service sectors, and with government and public institutions, in more than thirty countries. Formerly a Visiting Professor of Strategy and International Marketing in American, British, French, and Italian business schools, he currently teaches Strategic Management at the University of Roma Tre, Rome, and specializes in the development of business simulations and decision support systems. He authored or co-authored various papers, management publications, e-learning courses, and business games, including Strategy for Action, Springer, 2012, “Let’s rearrange the Blue Ocean approach” (Mettiamo un po’ d’ordine nell’approccio Blue Ocean?), Harvard Business Review Italia, June 2012, Global Branding Strategies, Jiao Tong University, Shanghai, 2011, Introduction to International Marketing, ICE, 2007, and The New Strategic Marketing (Il Nuovo Marketing Strategico), Franco Angeli, 1995-2005.
Over his (alas!) long professional career, he has been working with all the colleagues and friends of Nestplan International’s network, in various occasions, capacities and contexts, and had the opportunity to appreciate their professional skills and excellent contributions. He holds a DBA from Grenoble Ecole de Management, an MBA from Columbia University Business School, New York, a Certificate in Business Economics from the University of Paris, and a Law Degree from the University of Milan.
